We have gone through an exciting period of growth in the last 12 months at USP College. Our approach to our curriculum is Career Focused and there are a number of opportunities available for staff with an innovative approach. With your support your will be enriching the experience for over 4,000 students based across two campuses with a wide range of disciplines  A-Levels, Professional Courses (including BTECs), Apprenticeships, Adult Courses and Higher Education.

Teacher of Physics
Start Date – 20th of August 2018

Permanent, full time role (across both sites) or Permanent, part time (0.5) FTE at Palmer’s Campus 

Salary:  £24,290 - £39,948 per annum (or Pro-rata), inclusive of fringe allowance plus, a Golden Hello of £5,000 

 We would like to appoint an enthusiastic Physics teacher who wishes to join a strong, dynamic, supportive and successful department to contribute to the excellent learning environment we provide for our students. 

You will have a strong track record in delivering A level physics and in supporting students to achieve high grades. There may be the opportunity to teach A level Physics at the Palmer’s and Seevic campuses, alternatively you may wish to teach A level Physics and BTEC Level 3 in Applied Science at the Palmer’s Campus.

Support will be provided in order for the successful candidate to develop their own teaching and learning style and the opportunity to work within a team that share ideas, are forward thinking and are willing to try out new approaches to teaching, learning and assessment.

Due to the time of year, interviews will take place on a rolling basis, as applications are received.

Interviews will take place w/c 18th of June 2018 onwards.
