We want someone who is thoroughly passionate about Psychology and the development of Psychology and curriculum. We need someone with a strong presence; someone who is ambitious for the students, their colleagues and the academy; who has vision; and who is interested in achieving the very best outcomes both in attainment and progress for our young people across both GCSE and A Level Psychology courses. 

The post holder will lead the development of the subject and contribute to whole academy policy and practice. A desirable candidate will be able and willing to teach some KS3 Humanities specifically Sociology and may be expected to complete some Cover lessons to ensure a full teaching allocation.
