At Swakeleys we are proud of being a comprehensive girls school. Girls have the opportunity to flourish in a single sex community to become happy, confident and successful young women. They are encouraged to achieve academic success within a supportive, caring environment. They are given opportunities to develop their interests and talents in a wide variety of extra-curricular activities and above all, they are safe and secure. The Sixth Form is a great strength and provides a wide range of courses in a coeducational environment.

We are a high achieving school in which there is a focus on excellent teaching and learning and high standards of behaviour. We want to get the best from every girl, raising standards even higher whilst maintaining our caring ethos. We encourage our pupils to take responsibility, to make a valuable contribution to the running of the school and to become respected members of our community.

We are over-subscribed, have a very good climate for learning, an outstanding range of extra-curricular activities and in May 2022 were judged Good by Ofsted in all four judgement areas.
