Job overview

Part time - 0.4

A well-qualified and creative teacher of Science is required to join this extremely successful department.  A Biology specialist would be preferred, but this is not essential. Excellent results are produced through inspired teaching at all levels, ensuring the girls enjoy and have a good understanding of the subject, hence a large proportion choose to study Sciences at A level. The successful candidate should have a strong academic background, and should be able to teach all three Sciences at Key Stage 3, with the possibility of teaching Biology at GCSE or A Level.  This is a highly effective team and the candidate will be expected to play a full role within the Department.

The position would suit a newly qualified or an experienced teacher.

Closing Date:  noon 10th May 2021

Interviews: 20th May 2021 (subject to change)
