This is an exciting opportunity to join a co-educational, non-selective secondary school for students aged 11-18. As part of a well-established trust, they together work to empower young people with the knowledge, skills and creativity they need to succeed in school and in life.

The Academy's proactive approach to developing positive outcomes for its students has been recognised by Ofsted, who confirmed once again in November 2017 that they are a 'Good' school. The Academy is architecturally inspiring, boasting truly outstanding facilities and cutting edge resources. In 2018, a significant financial investment has provided a spacious restaurant, a further suite of science laboratories and a gym.

The Trust places a strong emphasis on CPD for teachers and for senior and middle leaders. They run a regular programme of training events to improve teaching performance and also provide focused management development and one to-one coaching opportunities. They have an active cross-trust group on the Teaching Leaders programme and use Future Leaders and Teach First extensively.
