We are seeking a teacher of Science to join our vibrant and dynamic department, which is well established and extremely successful. The position would suit a teacher with Physics as a speciality and with experience of the new GCSEs specification, but we would also welcome applications from NQTs / RQTs. As a team we constantly aim to develop our teaching and learning and enhance the experience of the students. We firmly believe that raising the profile of Science and increasing the students’ enjoyment and curiosity of the subject will lead to ever improving attainment and progress figures. We are a dynamic and forward thinking department and are confident in our abilities to improve the rates of progress for all of our students. Regular sharing of good practice, evaluation, moderation and collaborative planning results in an effective and progressive department.
