Copleston High School is a popular, 11-18 mixed comprehensive noted for its caring and disciplined atmosphere. A committed and enthusiastic teacher is required to join our successful Science Department. Any subject specialism is welcome. We offer A Level in Biology, Chemistry and Physics in addition to a Level 3 course in Applied Science. At KS4 we follow the AQA course with some pupils doing Triple Science and the rest doing the Combined Science Trilogy qualification. Our 2 years KS3 course is an in-house course based on the KS3 National curriculum.
All Science labs are fitted with interactive whiteboards and extensive refurbishment of the labs was carried out a few years ago.
