We seek to appoint a Teacher of Science. This post would suit both experienced and newly qualified teachers. A TLR may be available to a suitably qualified candidate.

Passionate about Science and making it relevant to the experience of our pupils, you will join a stable and friendly team of professionals that work closely together to provide high quality resources and an outstanding learning experience. Committed to ongoing professional development, the school has an extended faculty meeting every two weeks for collaboration and planning, alongside various CPD programmes to develop you, whatever stage of your career you are at. This is a school in an area of relatively high deprivation and we know that education can transform the life opportunities of our pupils. The science team are dedicated to ensuring all our pupils get the best possible outcomes and numbers choosing A level are high. As Britain’s first federated school, our campus embraces two schools, Boys’ and Girls’ with a co-ed Sixth Form. The school has 1280 students on roll, including 250 in the Sixth Form.  Due to the outstanding pastoral care we provide our students with we are a World Class School and hold Beacon School status. We work in effective partnership with several organisations including City in Excellence in Teaching and East London Teaching School Alliance.
