We are currently seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Science to deliver the KS3 to KS5 syllabuses. For the right candidate, there is potential for either full time or part-time position, or more flexible working arrangements.

Whitehaven Academy is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school with sixth form situated in Whitehaven, Cumbria. There are approximately 621 students at the school between the ages of 11-18.
Formerly Whitehaven School, Whitehaven Academy converted to academy status in 2014. It is sponsored by charitable Bright Tribe Trust along with four secondary schools and eight primary schools across Suffolk, Cumbria, Essex, Cornwall and Greater Manchester.
