We seek to appoint a talented and highly skilled Teacher of Special Educational Needs to support the provision for students in need of learning support. 

Combining subject knowledge, with an expertise in supporting children special educational needs, you will be passionate about ensuring this cohort can access the broad and balanced curriculum offered to all learners at our school. You will be part of a fantastic team, focused on nurturing our students, driving excellence and developing innovative and personalised learning strategies. The department offers a wide range of extra-curricular opportunities and a desire to be involved with this is extremely important. Collaboration, developing resources and sharing ideas is an essential quality.

MEA Central opened to 210 Year 7 students in September 2017 and will grow year on year until we are full in 2022.   • Top 2% of schools in the country for progress of disadvantaged students
  • Only three school in the country have a smaller gap between disadvantaged and non-disadvantaged students.

MEA Central was graded as 'Good' by Ofsted following the 2022 inspection.
