TEACHER OF SEN
Required for September 2018 (or as soon as possible) an inspiring teacher to work with our SEN department to offer additional support to students. The main areas of the post are working with individuals or groups of students who require extra support on transition to Year 7, teaching Literacy and Numeracy catch up sessions, assisting the SENCO with screening and assessment of new students and working closely with colleagues, providing correct provision is put in place for students to ensure a smooth and successful transition from Year 6 to Year 7.
