We are a small, successful Y3-13 mixed independent school with a strong Christian ethos currently located in the picturesque village of Cottingham, near to the city of Hull.
In September 2018 the school will be moving to Scunthorpe with a new name and brand new premises.
For September we are seeking to appoint an outstanding Teacher of the Deaf to work on a full time basis.
The school has undergone a rapid and sustained transformation in recent times and is a strong member of the OneSchool organisation (the largest body of independent schools in the world). We are at the cutting edge of technology and educational innovation and we place the success and happiness of our pupils, Self-Directed Learning and our unique and comprehensive CPD programme at the heart of all we do.
The school was judged to be “Good with Outstanding features” in its most recent School Inspection Service (SIS) report. The school is aiming and on track to be ‘Outstanding’ in all areas at the next inspection due in October 2018. The school benefits from excellent teaching and support staff, well-behaved and engaged students and small class sizes.
The successful candidate will be an inspiring educator with an overt passion for their chosen profession. You will be a fully qualified Teacher of the Deaf with experience of working on a one-to-one basis.
Visits to the school are warmly encouraged. For more information and to arrange a visit, please contact the Head Teacher on 01482 840722. To request an application pack please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
