We have a really exciting plan for improving the school utilising a wide range of expertise from advisors we have worked with previously through our Teaching School. We have already recruited an experienced, committed and energetic Head of School. We are now looking to recruit a Classroom Teacher to work with her to drive the improvement at the school and provide the children with a fantastic, holistic education. We are recruiting for a January start. There may also be leadership opportunities, supporting classroom teachers to be the best that they can be using a coaching and mentoring approach.
