Job overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, motivated Teacher in Performing Arts with a specialism in Musical Theatre (vocal coaching and piano). The appointed candidate will be expected to run and manage our Higher National Certificate and Diploma courses. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to deliver excellent results for our students across a range of vocational levels from 2 – 5 and be a qualified teacher. The successful candidate will be an innovative individual and will be joining a dedicated team committed to continuing the development of the Creative Arts & Media Curriculum area. Experience in delivering vocational qualifications are essential along with experience in quality assurance processes such as internal and external verification. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be self-motivated and must be prepared to work creatively and professionally to provide an excellent learning experience for all our students. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of Performing Arts education at Shrewsbury Colleges Group.
