Casula High School is a coeducational, comprehensive educational setting that currently has 1250 students enrolled, including 4% Aboriginal students and 60% students from a non-English speaking background. The staff and parent groups at the school have a deep commitment to the school and the growth, wellbeing and learning of all students. The Student Representative Council (SRC) is a vibrant and committed student body that holds a high profile and plays an active role in the school. Casula High School is a Positive Behavioural and Intervention Supports (PBIS) school and also has a support unit consisting of one mild intellectual disability class, two autism classes and one moderate intellectual disability class. 1. Approval to teach Personal Development, Health and Physical Education and Community and Family Studies.
2. Capacity to plan and deliver differentiated teaching and learning programs to engage students from a range of diverse backgrounds.

3. Well developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to contribute to faculty planning and develop positive relationships within the school community.

4. Capacity to contribute to sport and extra-curricular activities in school including gala days, carnivals, and knockout competitions.

An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
