Job overview

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and well-qualified graduate capable of teaching Product Design (Design & Technology) throughout the College. 

The successful candidate will either already be an outstanding classroom practitioner, or will demonstrate clearly at interview that they can make an immediate and successful transition into the classroom. They will have the ability to inspire pupils in the classroom and beyond, and will be driven to ensure a very high quality of learning. They will also be fully conversant with the use of ICT as a tool to enhance learning, communication and administration. They will take responsibility for matters relating to health and safety to ensure the highest standards are maintained. A familiarity with the OCR Design and Technology (J310 & H406) specification will be an advantage.
