We are an outstanding Special School looking for an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher to join us in enabling our students, with complex learning difficulties, to fulfil their potential.   

We are particularly interested in candidates who are able to teach Art and/or English but we are also happy to consider a range of specialisms. Ideally this post would be filled on a full time basis however we are willing to accept applications for part time hours also.



We provide a dedicated day provision for 100 secondary school aged students all of whom have learning difficulties and most have additional medical, communication, emotional and social complexities. At The Park School we believe that by working together and always expecting the best we can achieve the highest possible standards.

The Park School provides a dedicated education service for 110 secondary aged students all of whom have learning difficulties. We are set in a secluded 7 acre site within easy walking distance of Woking town centre and railway station. We currently employ 50 staff, on both a part time and full time basis. We have strong links with other local schools and colleges and are committed to high quality personalised training and development. 

In February 2015 The Park School was judged to be Outstanding for the third time in a row. We are proud to be nationally recognised as an Investor in People for Health and Wellbeing, being a Healthy School and to having a gold mark in anti-bullying in Surrey. 

Ofsted said: ‘Students' attitudes to their learning and to staff are exceptionally positive because teachers make lessons interesting and motivate students to learn.’ Ofsted February 2015.

Investors in People said, ‘The extraordinarily strong feeling of commitment and a desire to support others forms the basis of why this school is so successful.’ July 2009.
