Hatfield Academy has an exciting fixed-term opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join our committed and supportive team to work on a one to one basis until the end of August 2024. We are looking for a talented, knowledgeable professional with high aspirations for all of our children.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have recent, relevant and successful experience in a primary school setting
- Build and maintain successful working relationships with pupils
- Support the inclusion of all pupils, including those with specific needs
- Want to make a real difference
- Promote good behaviour and deal promptly with conflicts and incidents
- Utilise strategies to support pupils in achieving learning goals.

Hatfield Academy is part of a wonderful community in Sheffield. We are working really hard to make a real difference to whole families. We are an inclusive school, who believes that working with the whole family is at the heart of ensuring success for our children.
