About the role

To support our ambitious expansion and diversification plans, we have an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant & Cover Tutor to join our dedicated Further Education team.


Some of the key accountabilities:

  • Contribute to the day-to-day support for students in their learning.
  • Provide classroom support to the Group Lead Lecturers and course teams to enable an exceptional course experience for our learners, as well as ensuring they achieve outstanding outcomes, educationally and personally
  • Facilitate and deliver cover sessions for Group Lead Lecturers as and when needed
  • Be a flexible team player and provide support to reflect the curriculum need

About you

  • You will have strong communication skills with the ability to effectively connect with young people and adult learners
  • Previous experience of working in a similar role and/or in-depth knowledge of working within fashion business retail and/or fashion design.
  • Natural team worker with the ability to support the learning and development of students, regardless of their starting points
