Norton Hill Primary School is a three form entry free school. It is one of 26 schools in the Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership, the school opened in September 2020. At present it is one form entry and will grow over the next few years to a three form entry school. It is a STEM and Forest School, situated in Midsomer Norton.

We require a Teaching Assistant to work 30 hours a week in KS1 starting in September.  We are looking for someone who is adaptable and enthusiastic, has good interpersonal skills and is able to use their own initiative as well as working well as part of a team.  

To be willing to work flexible hours should the need arise e.g. staff sickness would be desirable.

The school is a member of the Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership.

The position is term time only 30 hrs a week starting on 2nd September 2021.

We are delighted to have opened our new £10.9 million primary school. It is a three form entry school which has been funded by the Department for Education. We have wonderful facilities which are on offer to the Midsomer Norton Community. Facilities include superb sports provision, with two indoor sports halls, a dance studio, two large pitches for football and rugby and a hard surface sports pitch which has basketball, tennis, hockey, football and netball pitches. We specialise in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Forest School and Outdoor Learning.
