We have an opportunity for Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our Learning Support Team, on a permanent.
Teaching Assistants work within the Student Support Team and are an integral part of the Raising Achievement Programme. Their role is vital in supporting vulnerable and at risk students and is valued at Wootton Academy Trust. Teaching Assistants work both with individuals and whole groups of students and can have an immense impact on the learning and pastoral care systems put in place for students.
The successful candidate should have an understanding of the educational needs of children, be able to work collaboratively with others and be flexible in their approach to work.

Kimberley 16 - 19 STEM College - opened as a 16 - 19 Academy in 2013, specialising in Science and Mathematics.
