Job overview

We are looking for suitably qualified Teaching Assistants who will be able to support our students learning and raising attainment to achieve the highest grades. You will provide individual assistance to ensure access to learning across the curriculum, and assist in personal care tasks.

Oaklands is a mixed, comprehensive, non-denominational secondary school with sixth form situated in East London. It is a community state school as well as a NSS (National Support School] that provides support to other schools. A smaller than average secondary school, it will provide 850 places for secondary and sixth form students between the ages of 11-18, when fully subscribed.

With over 20 years’ worth of educational success, Oaklands has been a specialist school for science since 2003 and became a specialist modern foreign language school in 2008.
