Teaching Assistants Required 

32.5 hours per week term time only 

WPES is a KS1 – KS4 Pupil Referral Service responsible for the education of students permanently excluded from school, as well as students who have special educational and medical needs, preventing them from attending mainstream school.  The Service is based on 6 sites and is committed to high standards of teaching and learning for all  

We are seeking to appoint further Teaching Assistants, initially on a one year contract, to join our existing close knit teams at the above Centres, to support students who are disaffected with school, or who have been permanently excluded.  You may also be required to work in local schools, on a programme to reintegrate students back to school.   Previous experience is essential of working with students in a supporting role.  Candidates will have strong behaviour management skills, will be talented, dynamic and inspirational and will challenge and motivate our students to get the very best meaningful outcomes. 

OFSTED September 2015 judged WPES as a GOOD school.
