Finham Primary School is a School in which children are equipped with the skills to be good learners and are inspired by high quality creative teaching. Our vision is to nurture, within all members of the school community, a good level of self-esteem and to develop a positive and confident attitude to life-long learning. We believe we can build on the foundations of earlier learning by encouraging children’s curiosity and enthusiasm for learning, enhancing it with first-hand experiences.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and flexible Teaching Assistant, with a strong commitment to inclusive education, who is capable of working both independently and as part of a team in our friendly, dynamic and successful school.
The successful candidate will work with individuals and small groups of children to help them achieve their full potential both academically and socially.
The post requires NVQ III or above and experience of working with children is essential. Applications are very welcome from graduate candidates who wish to gain more experience from a bespoke TA year to help support applications to Coventry SCITT or PGCE applications.
We are part of Finham Park Multi-Academy Trust and as such are committed to designing a 0-19 co-constructed curriculum and working across the child’s whole educational journey.
