Vacancy for a Teaching Assistant Required to start as soon as possible: One Year Fixed Term contract with the possibility of extension.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and flexible Teaching Assistant, with a strong commitment to inclusive education, capable of working both independently and as part of a team in our friendly, dynamic and successful school.
The successful candidate will work with individuals and small groups of children to help them achieve their full potential both academically and socially. Duties may include 1:1 support with a child or providing general support across the classroom. Enthusiasm and experience of working with children in a school environment is essential.
• Fixed Term for One Year with the Possibility of Extension after One year.
• This post is 5 days a week from 8.30am to 3.30pm, term time only with an unpaid break of 30 minutes per day. The post includes midday supervision.
• The actual pro-rata starting salary for this role is £16,060.00 per annum with opportunities to progress through performance pay.
