What We Are Looking For

We are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our staff team.

Our children are vibrant, purposeful and enjoy coming to school. They expect their learning to be fun. I do hope you will want to join our community of learners and play a role in shaping the school as it continues to grow. We need dynamic and creative Teaching Assistants who see themselves as learners, who are resourceful, resilient and not afraid to take risks and who can bring learning to life as part of an active process that children want to be part of. This job offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative team committed to giving our children a life-long love of learning.

You will work within a team of teachers and other support staff. Together you will meet the needs of our children and enable them to access our curriculum. Your role will be varied, at times working with an individual child and at others working with small groups.

You will be trained to deliver educational programmes and assess the impact of your work and the progress of the children. You will be supported by a talented and committed staff.
