The Directors of Exceed Learning Partnership are looking to appoint 2 Teaching Assistants to start in September 2022 and carry out a full range of duties at Sandringham Primary School.

Sandringham Primary School is based in Doncaster and currently has 431 pupils on roll.  Sandringham Primary School converted to academy status in December 2018 under Exceed Learning Partnership Trust and is continuing to drive the vision of the Trust forward.  

We are looking for someone who: 

 • is dedicated, committed, self-motivated and keen to be part of a strong team 

• is able to use their initiative, and work independently and flexibly 

• will help us to raise standards and maintain high levels of learning behaviour

• has appropriate qualifications and experience, who aspires to support our school on our journey to success

• has a clear understanding of how to break down learning into small steps 

• has a good understanding of how young children and children working at a low ability learn 

• is experienced in working with children with additional needs or of providing strong classroom support 

• has experience of working with specific SEN needs eg ASD or other specific needs 

• is able to provide whole class support or 1:1 support as required

• works well and takes on advice from professionals (agencies/ parents/ class teacher) 

• has the ability to use initiative to adapt planning, being creative and innovative.
