You must have warmth and empathy to establish relationships based on trust and respect with students. Flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively are essential qualities for this role which will be part of an experienced team that continuously reviews and adapts its work to secure the best outcomes for students.
You will be supporting an identified student and this post is linked to the continued attendance of the student.
This is a fixed period post commencing as soon as possible;
Monday to Friday, 8.35am - 3.15pm term time only plus inset days.
Salary: Grade 2, £9.55 per hour
