As the ATLP grows and develops further exciting opportunities has arisen for the following role based at John Wilmott School, Reddicap Heath Road, Sutton Coldfield, B75 7DY.

Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant

  • 30 hours per week, term time only
  • Level 2 Salary: £18,065- £19,945 FTE (actual salary £12,767-£14,096 per annum)
  • Level 3 Salary: £20,344- £26,317 FTE (actual salary £14,378-£18,599 per annum)
  • Required for September 2019

We wish to appoint a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant who will work with our students to help them to achieve their potential by providing support to overcome barriers to learning in a range of areas including Literacy and Numeracy.

We are looking for an adaptable enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning and be part of our dedicated team. It is important that you are can work effectively as part of a team and are committed to developing exciting learning experiences for our children. 

You will have good oral and written skills and be able to communicate effectively with children, staff and parents and be committed to caring for children’s individual needs. You will be confident working with small groups, individuals and supporting teaching in a classroom setting.
