Teaching Assistant (Level 2)

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our Learning Support Team.  We offer a supportive working environment based around our Catholic ethos and welcome applications from both Catholics and non-Catholic applicants.

We are a growing, oversubscribed and popular school seeking to appoint an inspirational Teaching Assistant to join an experienced and highly successful team committed to providing opportunities for every child to access the curriculum.  

We are looking for: 

• a qualified Teaching Assistant with experience working in secondary or KS2 settings 

• ability to work effectively with students with both Special Educational Needs and behaviour issues 

• a flexible and positive approach 

• excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

• the ability to work collaboratively

This is a permanent post - 37 hours per week - term time plus INSET DAYS (39 weeks)

We are located approximately half way between Nottingham and Derby and close to J25 of the M1.
