Salary Grade: Scale 4, spine point 18 – 21 

Actual Salary Range: £19,539 - £20,782 per annum

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, skilled and creative teaching assistant to join our dedicated and inspirational staff team.

The successful candidate will have:

• An excellent understanding of working in a primary school setting, particularly in Year 2

• An excellent track record of supporting children’s learning, particularly in Year 2

• Experience in delivering maths and English interventions, particularly in Year 2

• Skills, knowledge and understanding in supporting children with social and emotional needs

• Good behaviour management strategies

• An excellent approach to organisation and flexibility

• A commitment to our community partnerships with families, governors and the wider community

• A support for the Christian ethos of the school

• A positive attitude with a ‘can do’ approach

• Experience in supporting lunchtime and playtime provision

• Experience in leading before and after school clubs to support the school’s extended provision
