28 hrs 20 mins per week Term time plus 5 INSET days 

Part time and Fixed Term Contract to 21st July 2023

Required From: September 2022


We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and well qualified candidate (ideally a graduate) to join our team of Teaching Assistants in a successful and forward thinking department. 

You will work with and supervise individuals and groups of children under the direction/instruction of teaching &/or senior staff, inclusive of specific individual learning needs, enabling access to learning for all pupils and assistance and support in classroom management and behaviour techniques.

Smithills School is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school situated in Bolton, Lancashire. There are approximately 1200 students at the school, between the ages of 11-16.
