We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic to join their amazing and supportive Early Years team to provide the best start to a child’s education. You will have the opportunity to support learning in our setting as well as working with children with SEND.

We are looking for a TA who:

Has an understanding of supporting children with SEND

· Can demonstrate good understanding of meeting the needs of all learners

· Is passionate about teaching and learning and believes in developing the true potential of all of our

children

· Can nurture, inspire, challenge and motivate pupils

· Has a calm and positive disposition

· Can implement clear boundaries and routines

· Can work with the class teacher to model and scaffold children’s learning

· Is able to work with the class teacher to support small groups

· Can use behaviour management in all areas around school

We require candidates with a minimum of Level 2 Education and Childcare or Teaching Assistant qualification.
