We are looking for a dynamic and experienced level 3 teaching assistant to fill this duel role position.

The successful candidate will be expected to cover classes for set periods of time for teacher release. Work for these lessons will be planned and the post holder will be expected to evaluate these and mark the children’s work. 

They will also spend some of the week delivering SEN intervention programmes which they will plan, deliver and evaluate for identified children, individually and in small groups. The post holder will be involved in assessing 

They will also be highly motivated, dynamic, have strong team work skills and a ‘can do’ approach to their work. They will be a strong communicator who is a nurturing, patient and positive individual and will be strong at building relationships with pupils, staff and parents. A very strong commitment to raising aspiration and attainment in an urban setting is essential.

Salary - Level 3, Grade 4 £18,672 pro rata, term time only.  35 hours per week. This equates to apx £16,006 per annum.
