We would like to recruit Teaching Assistant(s) with either a specialism in Behaviour or a Learning Specialism to join our team of staff to work at Harris Academy Merton. We are looking for candidates to both support our students, enabling them to access the curriculum, and to undertake work/care/support programmes within the Academy and to enable access to learning for students through in class support and withdrawal lessons. If you have experience or an interest in working with young people aged 11 – 18 and can demonstrate a calm and steady manner, effective communication and interpersonal skills and be a positive role model we would welcome your application.
You will work under the instruction/guidance of the Director of Learning Support, to undertake work/care/support programmes within the academy and to enable access to learning for students through in class support and withdrawal lessons.
