Dair House is a wonderful small independent mixed Prep school in Farnham Royal with 120 children from Nursery to Year 6. We are looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic, well-organised and nurturing Teaching Assistant to join our amazing school. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teachers and fostering a positive learning environment for our pupils.

The Teaching Assistant will:

•        Be experienced in working with children age 3-11 years

•        Have knowledge and experience of working with children with SEN

•        Have a Level 3 NVQ

•        Have an understanding and implementation of child protection procedures

•        Good literacy and numeracy skills

•        Be well organised with a good sense of humour

•        Be able to work calmly and accurately under pressure and show resilience where necessary

•        Be able to work collaboratively with colleagues

•        Display absolute commitment to the highest standards of professional behaviour and to promote the welfare and safeguarding of children.

•        Be willing to contribute to the wider extracurricular and pastoral life of the school
