Required to work alongside pupils and students with additional needs, social and emotional as well as special educational, in order to build resilience and develop strategies to engage with learning.

We are looking for individuals with good communication, literacy and numeracy skills, with initiative, flexibility and patience who have a passion for getting the best for and from young people. The Learning Support Department is a supportive team of professionals. There is the opportunity to develop specialism in specific learning needs or approaches to learning. We are particularly looking for individuals who want to work with pupils on the autistic spectrum, or are a native level speaker in French, Spanish or German.

The core working hours are 29.75 hpw, 39 weeks a year (this is term time plus 5 staff training days).
