Melior Community Academy are looking to appoint a Teaching Care Assistant to join our academy as soon as possible on a part time, temporary basis.

Your new role  

As a Teaching / Care Assistant, you will provide one to one personal support for pupils with additional needs. You will provide special educational and/or medical support to ensure their successful engagement with and access to learning. You will need to maintain professional records and appropriate notes in relation to the individual pupil. 

Hours: 17.25 hours per week / Term Time only (38 Weeks) / Temporary

Melior Community Academy is a coeducational secondary school located in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire. The Academy opened in January 2013 for students aged 11 to 16. We are a fully inclusive Academy with a distinctively warm ethos and continue to have the highest aspirations for, and expectations of, our students.
