Pukekohe Intermediate is currently seeking an enthusiastic and energetic technology teacher to join their friendly and supportive team for an immediate start.

A well-resourced middle years school (ages 11 -13 years) situated in the heart of Pukekohe township, Pukekohe Intermediate is the lead school for the surrounding Papakura and Franklin regions. It is a multicultural school with students coming from 6 contributing Primary schools with a variety of ethnicities and socio-economic backgrounds. Presently, the roll sits at just over 600 students and this number is expected to grow to over 1000 in the next decade.
The Leadership team and staff recognise the importance of the intermediate years as crucial in the lives of learners and are dedicated to ensuring that everything possible is done to support the academic, physical, emotional and social development of students during their transition from primary to secondary school.

The technology programme is currently undergoing changes to establish a more connected educational experiences and the appointee will be a key player in this transition.
