Hampton Gardens is an 11-19 free school which opened in September 2017 to an initial intake of 180 Year 7 students. When full, the school will accommodate 1200 students in years 7-11 and 300 students in Sixth Form. Hampton Gardens is part of the Hampton Academies Trust who also run the highly successful and popular Hampton College all-through school, Hampton Lakes Primary School and Dogsthorpe Infant School. HAT schools have very close links and some shared staff.

TECHNOLOGY TECHNICIAN
We are looking for a part time Technology Technician to provide support to teaching staff, mainly in the area of Food Technology, but also to support in Product Design, Textiles and Art according to the needs and priorities of the department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and friendly department.
The role will involve preparing resources for classrooms, maintaining equipment and machinery and ensuring that specialist areas are cleared and clean.
You will be an organised, adaptable and enthusiastic individual who is keen to play an active role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of the day to day running of the Technology Department.
This is a part time role of 5 hours per week (Fridays) and is term time only. There may be some flexibility in working days and hours, which can be discussed at interview. All holidays must be taken during school holiday periods.
Salary (Grade 4)
Full-time salary (52 weeks) From: £18,887 to: £19,650
Actual salary (Term Time only) From: £2,120 to: £2,205
