Tapton is a high performing Specialist School with two specialisms. English is an excellent department. We are a happy and oversubscribed 11-18 comprehensive school; our building stands in pleasant grounds, very close to the Peak District. Tapton is a vibrant learning community and we are seeking a teacher with the ability to teach English up to and including KS5. In return our English department offers excellent development opportunities for an inspiring and well qualified teacher.
