Temporary Teacher of Humanities to cover maternity 

(part-time applicants may be considered - 4 days) 

Required for January 2018 

An enthusiastic and experienced colleague with a strong commitment to effective and innovative teaching and learning is needed to fill this important post in the large and vibrant Humanities Faculty. The appointed candidate should have experience of teaching Geography and/or History at Key Stage 3. All students study History, Geography and RS as discrete subjects at KS3 with most students opting for History or Geography at KS4.  Tupton Hall is a large, truly comprehensive school with over 1550 students including a VI Form of over 300 students. We are a popular, improving school aiming to become outstanding in the near future.  Facilities are very modern and we are equipped with cutting edge technology ensuring excellent provision for teaching and learning. This is an exciting time to join the school, as we move forwards together on our journey to outstanding.
