Ashmole Academy Trust was formed in 2015 building upon the success of Ashmole Academy and its tradition of outstanding school performance. The trust currently consists of a primary and secondary school and has future expansion plans.
In May 2017, Ashmole Academy was selected to become a national teaching school, taking a leading role in recruiting and training new entrants to the profession and supporting other schools, especially those in challenging circumstances.
Ashmole Academy is a forward looking, high achieving secondary school with an excellent team of staff. The school has an excellent reputation within the local community with strong support from governors, parents and pupils. We currently have approximately 1500 pupils with a growing and vibrant 6th Form of approximately 380. Our examination results are consistently high and the Academy remains heavily oversubscribed every year.
Required for January 2018, an enthusiastic, committed and ambitious teacher of
Mathematics with qualified teacher status to teach all age and ability range. This post would be suitable for a newly qualified teacher (NQT).
Although initially a temporary contract this post may become permanent from September 2018 for the right candidate.
