Stowe School require a Theatre Manager for The Roxburgh Hall. The role requires an all-round competence and understanding of technical aspects of theatre. 

The Theatre Manager will line manage the Theatre Technician and work alongside the Director of Drama and Arts @ Stowe to provide a state of the art technical service including sound production and engineering as well as rigging, focusing and programming of lighting systems and audio-visual equipment to users of this multi-purpose venue and other performance spaces across the school site and grounds. The post-holder will also possess the necessary skills for the installation, maintenance and upgrade of all technical equipment.

Coordinating all aspects of the programme, including managing budgets, overseeing scheduling and theatre bookings and meeting technical, staffing and front of house requirements, the

Theatre Manager will ensure smooth operational running of the theatre.

Hours: 40 per week, to be worked flexibly according to the needs of the theatre including regular

evenings and weekends.
