Dulwich College is seeking to recruit good graduates, including those looking to change career, to train as secondary school mathematics teachers. The year-long training takes place both at Dulwich College and in Southwark state schools. The College’s Mathematics department is highly experienced with some 19 teachers working closely to enthuse pupils, achieve excellent academic results and in many cases prepare them for a mathematical related degree.
Successful applicants are eligible for the £25,000 or £27,500 grants through the Department for Education.
Dulwich is the London Hub for the National Maths and Physics School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT).
