Gateshead College is expanding their apprenticeship provision and is looking to recruit an experienced NVQ Assessor for their bricklaying programme. The focus on the role is to undertake NVQ training, assessing and on occasion, verifying of apprentices within the workplace as well as within College premises.
You must be occupationally competent with experience of the NVQ assessment processes.
You must also have experience of the bricklaying industry, having worked in and completed a time served apprenticeship.
You must possess either D32/D33, A1 or TAQA L3 award and D34, V1 or TAQA L4 is desirable.
Use of your own transport, a current valid driving license and business insurance are essential for this role.
