Do you have a passion for retail and good customer service?
We are looking for an inspiring and motivating Trainer Assessor with experience of working in the retail and customer service sector. In this role you will be responsible for delivery on a variety of retail and customer service programme.
The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high quality, effective development and training. To be considered for this role you must hold the relevant qualifications including a level 3 qualification in either Retail or Customer Service. A relevant Assessor/Verifier qualification along with a relevant teaching qualification, or be prepared to work towards these is also required as is GCSE at grade C (4/5) in English and maths or equivalent.
Experience of assessing and/or teaching within the retail and customer service sector is essential.
