The Sheffield College is looking to recruit an exceptional individual as an in class Training and Assessment Facilitator for a range of Health & Social Care programmes. Applications are welcome from candidates who have the appropriate skills, a high level of practical expertise and are passionate about working with and supporting College teams to deliver excellent outcomes for our learners.
You will be required to work with The College curriculum staff, learners and employers to support the completion of full framework/qualifications, in a timely and professional manner.
You will have a keen eye for detail, carrying out monitoring, support and supervision of learners following their accredited programmes at the Sheffield College or within the workplace. Acting as a key link between the College and its partners, maintaining relationships and ensuring learners have access to the best possible opportunities is an essential aspect of this role.
There will be a requirement to travel between colleges and employer sites and have the ability to work flexible hours e.g. evenings and weekends when required
