The Transitional Learning Programme works across a number of fully outdoor sites to support learners aged 6-16 years with SEMH and ASC needs. We support our learners to foster growth and help them access education more effectively. Key Workers are expected to build strong relationships with their learners to provide a safe space in order to offer self-regulation strategies and build their confidence.
Due to the successes of our team, we are looking to permanently recruit a staff member to meet growing need at our new site just outside of Ilfracombe. This post will also require involvement in the forest school area of the business which offers group sessions for toddlers and the home education community.
If you have experience of working with learners aged 6-16 years with additional needs and a love of the outdoors, then we look forward to receiving your application form.
