Job overview

Part time position working 25 hours per week Monday to Friday. Working hours will fall between 8am – 5pm.

Initially a 6 month fixed term contract, this is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Administrator to join a friendly team working within our Transport Department. The Transport Department is responsible for managing all transport requirements for College. This includes managing transport for pupils from their boarding houses around the College campus, local journeys within Cheltenham, activity trips and travel in relation to pupils returning home during the holidays.

The Administrator will be working as part of a fantastic small team, supporting the Transport Department by working closely with the Transport Coordinator to provide administrative support to the department to ensure the smooth running of the College Transport Schedule, such as Travel Days, transport for College activities, weekend/day trips etc.
